Recently, the RedCap Industry Summit was successfully held at the Huawei Research Institute in Suzhou. At the summit, guests from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), the three major carriers, industry chain partners, and other guests expressed their views and offered suggestions to promote the development of the 5G RedCap industry scale, and Hongdian was honored with Huawei's RedCap Eco-Cooperation Award for actively exploring the application of 5G RedCap technology.

At the summit, in response to the urgent demand for high reliability, high stability, and low failure rate of industrial terminals, Huawei, together with the three major domestic carriers, jointly released the RedCap Long Stability Standard, and grandly awarded certification certificates to the first nine companies that successfully passed the standard. Among them, several 5G RedCap industrial communication terminals fromHongdian have successfully passed the latest long stability standard test and were awarded the first certificates.Hongdian not only demonstrates its outstanding strength in the field of 5G IoT, but also helps the whole industry chain ecological prosperity with practical actions.

RedCap technology is suitable for a wide range of services. Based on the 5G generalized single network, RedCap technology can add a new coverage method for medium and high-speed network environments without changing the existing network distribution and increasing additional equipment resources.
